What if I can’t attend all four sessions live?

While live attendance helps build connection, a recording of each session’s meditation and journaling prompts will be provided. You’ll be able to reflect and engage in your own time if you miss a session. The group sharing and discussion won't be recorded, you can participate in it uniquely in every live call.

Will I need to share my reflections with the group?

Sharing is completely optional! You’re welcome to listen, reflect quietly, or join in if it feels right for you. The Circle is a supportive, no-pressure environment designed for your comfort.

How long is each session, and what is the format?

Each session lasts about 90 minutes and includes a grounding meditation, journaling with guided prompts, and optional sharing time. Sessions are held live on Zoom for a seamless, accessible experience.

Is there a limit on the number of participants?

Yes, The Intention Circle is intentionally kept small to create a supportive and intimate atmosphere, so each participant has space for meaningful reflection and connection.

Is this group or 1:1 coaching?

The Intention Circle is a small-group journey, but you’ll still receive direct, personal guidance and coaching from me throughout the series. I’ll be there to support you individually within the group setting, so you gain insights that are unique to you.

Is this a course or a workshop?

This is not a traditional course. It’s a guided space for self-reflection, peace, and inner resilience, where you’ll be encouraged to connect with yourself and find answers from within.

What kind of results can I expect?

You’ll leave with a greater sense of inner peace, practical tools for resilience, and a supportive practice of self-connection that can ground you in everyday life.
