Slow hatha

This is a practice that seeks to help restore balance in your life. 

It is a restorative, invigorating and flowing experience that supports you through a yummy hatha flow and deeper yin yoga stretches. We relax and dive deeper with meditation and breathing practices.

By strengthening your body and mind every week and consciously taking time for yourself, your nervous system will relax. This influence extends beyond the yoga mat, touching your life in many ways:

– Reducing stress
– Clarity, focus and contact with oneself increases
– Emotional balance is strengthened
– Your general physical well-being improves

The result is an hour to yourself to improve your unique state of mind and body.

I am waiting for you every Tuesday at 19:30-20:50. To confirm your spot, please choose one of the booking options provided and complete your reservation. 

Classes take place at the studio of CARÁ Health located at Marati 5.

Important information

These are not pregnancy yoga classes; the yoga sessions are simply conducted in the spaces of CARÁ Health.

For monthly cards, you are welcome to book a class through the CARÁ app or via Stebby.

If you choose to book through the CARÁ app, you can find the classes under the categories: “Hormonal Balance,” “Plan Pregnancy,” and “Postpartum & Baby.”

All bookings canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

How to live consciously, in lightness, gratitude and peace?

This question is the ultimate undertone that guides all of my classes. My approach is based on the belief that holistic wellness is more than just physical health. It is something that involves your whole body, mind and spirit. When we can feel harmony in our practice, we can extend it beyond the yoga mat, creating a more complete, conscious and meaningful life.

In other words, the purpose of my classes is not only to convey physical practice, but also to offer inspiring tricks, exercises and thoughts to improve the quality of life, helping you to extend yoga practice to the challenges of everyday life.
